We are located in person in Forked River NJ and offer Telehealth

Sessions are 55 minutes. If you need longer sessions or more time, please inquire.

We are in network with Aetna, United Health Care, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and an Out of Network provider for other insurances. We will provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. Please verify your benefits prior to starting.

We charge $150 per 55 minute session. Sliding scale fees are available for limited slots. At this time, there is a waitlist for sliding scale. Please visit Openpath Collective for additional sliding scale openings.

I am considered an out of network provider with the exception of Aetna. I will be happy to provide you a superbill at the end of the month for you to submit to your insurance company.

Some insurance plans offer to reimburse you up to a certain percentage if you see a mental health provider out of network. You can contact your insurance and inquire about this to learn if this is an option for your plan. Some helpful questions to ask your insurance provider are: 

Do I have a mental or behavioral health policy with out of network benefits?

What is the coverage amount/percentage per therapy session?

What is my responsibility/CoPay for each session?

You can ask about reimbursement for CPT codes 90791, 90837, 90846 and 90847

Do I have an out of network deductible?

How much of my out of network deductible has been met?

What is the start date of the calendar year my out of network policy is based on?

Your first session will be slightly different than the following sessions. We will conduct an initial intake and and also discuss confidentiality. We will go at your speed, your comfort, and you are always in control.

The length of therapy is highly dependent upon the person, the problem, and the goals. We go based on your needs, your comfort & feeling of safety, and your goals.

in order to provide equitable time for services, session cancellations are required 48 hours prior to our start time. This allows others to have an opportunity for services. If sessions are cancelled within 48 hours, a $75 fee occurs. If sessions are cancelled within that 24 hours, a full fee is charged to your debit or credit card. These fees are usually not reimbursed by insurance agencies.
