Jessica Perez-Hernandez MSW, LSW
Jessica is a Licensed Social Worker dedicated to delivering culturally responsive care to women and mothers of color during the significant transitions of pregnancy and the postpartum period. With an insightful awareness of the unique intersectional challenges faced by women from various backgrounds, Jessica offers empathetic, personalized support to assist them in navigating the intricate aspects of mental health, identity, and motherhood.
Employing a strength-based and trauma-informed approach, Jessica combines evidence-based therapies with a profound respect for the cultural values, family connections, and community support systems crucial to the experiences of mothers of color. She acknowledges that each woman's journey is distinct and values the influence of these cultural and relational elements in the healing process. Jessica also understands the significant role that faith and spirituality play in overcoming life's challenges. When clients request it, she integrates prayer, scripture, and Christian beliefs into her therapeutic practice, offering a faith-centered route to healing and personal growth. This empowers mothers to find peace, strength, and resilience throughout their journey of motherhood. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Jessica is committed to providing care in the language that feels most comfortable and genuine for each mother, fostering a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere where they truly feel seen and heard.

Alison Ward LSW
"Alison has been working in the mental health field for 5 years, through clinical psychotherapy, non-profit work, and work helping those with Medicare/Medicaid navigate the insurance market as a care manager. Alison has multiple years of clinical experience working with clients of all ages using a variety of modalities to help address presenting problems, and help clients become the best versions of themselves. Alison's passion is using Internal Family Systems to help her clients heal from childhood trauma, uncover the "root" of their distress, and grow to be the best versions of themselves."

Grace Oliveira LSW, CADC
Hi, I’m Gracie! I earned my master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. I like to view therapy as a collaborative partnership to identify challenges, develop strategies, and achieve positive mental health outcomes. As a Licensed Social Worker, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and uncover their strengths. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions, I provide a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. My approach is rooted in empathy and collaboration. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and strengths-based interventions to create a personalized plan that meets your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll work to build resilience, foster self-compassion, and help you feel empowered to create meaningful change in your life.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, perinatal challenges, addiction, or are on your fertility journey, my approach is trauma-informed and inclusive. I utilize evidence-based practices, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Therapy, to help you heal and build resilience.

Krystyna Cechulski LCSW, Owner
Krystyna is EMDR trained and IFS Level 2 and often integrates both to help women heal from birth trauma, intergenerational trauma, and uses these to teach people how to set boundaries, increase confidence and help women through the pregnancy & postpartum phases. She is also Level 2 trained in the Gottman Method for relationships, trained in Bringing Baby Home, and a Pediatric Sleep Consultant. She is a proud Army Veteran.
When not seeing clients or supporting moms at Nurture & Nourish Maternal Wellness, she is with her daughter and gardening.
